Our goal is to provide private, personalized treatments that focus on your needs and goals. Unfortunately, insurance companies make it very difficult to accomplish this and patients are receiving less individualized care, many times being seen in a multi-patient environment. Additionally, due to insurance company restrictions, patients are often discharged from therapy well before achieving full recovery. As a private pay business, these restrictions do not exist.
Yes! You may utilize your HSA or FSA card for physical therapy/functional rehab.

No. Florida allows for direct patient access, meaning a doctor's referral is not needed for our services. If we determine that the attention of your medical doctor is needed, we will refer you to your primary care physician for a follow-up.
If you provide us with 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, you will not be charged.
Please understand that all cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the cost of your appointment or the loss of an appointment from your treatment package. This policy allows us enough time to schedule other patients and help them get the treatment they need.
No, we are a private-pay business. This means we do not directly bill your insurance company. Instead, you pay us directly each visit for your 1-on-1, personalized session. This allows us to focus all of our attention on you and perform treatments that focus on your goals, without being dictated by your insurance company.
However, we can provide you with a Superbill receipt to submit to your insurance company. A Superbill has all the information that your insurance company requires for an insurance claim. By submitting a Superbill, you may recover a percentage of the cost you paid upfront from your insurance company, depending on your "out-of-network" benefits.
Yes! We can provide you with an itemized Superbill to submit to your insurance company. By submitting this Superbill, you may be able to recover a percentage of the cost you paid upfront from your insurance company, depending on your "out-of-network" benefits.
It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to learn about your out-of-network benefits.
No. Since we see all of our patients 1-on-1, all visits are by appointment only.
